What happens if I receive a faulty product?

Please note! If you have received a faulty product, it is important that you send an e-mail to
salesitick@gmail.com before returning your order

We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.

Please note that the order can not be returned later than 14 days after purchase.

If a product arrives broken or damaged you must provide proof, the product must be returned at the customers cost.

Once this is done the customer will receive a full refund.

Can I exchange my order if it if faulty?
No, this is not possible. Please return the product through the normal way, and you will receive the refund for this product.
In order to receive a different product, please place a new order online for this product.

I have returned articles, but the purchase price has not been credited to my account yet. What should I do now?
We aim to credit your money to your account within 2-5 working days. Please contact us if this has not happened.
